Where is Gilbert Self Storage located?
You can find our facility at 3830 Augusta Hwy. We’re across from Sease Farm’s Peach Shed in the Gilbert Business Park. You can’t miss us!
How far are you from Lexington, SC?
We are less than 10 miles away from Lexington. We're just a short drive away from Batesburg as well.
When are you open for access?
Our facility is open for access 24 hours a day.
Do you offer trailer and equipment parking?
We offer parking for all types of vehicles like boats and RVs. We also have covered and uncovered spaces in various sizes to store your trailers and other equipment.
Is drive-up access available?
Yes, simply drive up to your storage unit and park right outside. No more carrying heavy boxes across the facility!
What if I’m storing bulky items?
Feel free to borrow our handcarts. They’ll make short work of even the largest belongings.
Do you offer storage insurance?
We do offer storage insurance and recommend signing up for a plan if you don't already have it, but it is not required to rent. You can select a level of coverage with your rental on our Rent a Unit page.
What security features do you have?
Perimeter fence, onsite staff, gated access, and security lighting are all present at Gilbert Self Storage.
Do you offer truck rental and equipment?
Yes, truck, auto transport trailers, cargo trailers, furniture dollies, pads, and anything else you need for your move is available via our U-Haul service. Click the Uhaul Reservations button in our navigation menu to get started.
Are supplies available to buy?
We offer a large selection of locks, boxes, tows, hitches, and other moving and storage supplies.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes—se habla Español!
Can I make a reservation online?
Absolutely. Head over to our Rent A Unit page to get started. Find the unit size that works for you and reserve it online. Or, if you're ready to move-in today, you can complete an online move-in completely online as well.
Can I make an appointment to view the facility?
You sure can. Fill out the form on our Contact Us page and let us know you're looking to see the facility and we can set up an appointment.
Can I pay my bills online?
You can. In fact, it’s the quickest and simplest way to keep up to date with your rent.
